General Refund Policy
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied or have duplicated a gift, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund minus original postage costs up to 10 days from your receipt of order. Please contact us for an official returns order number. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and with their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that show any signs of wear, wilful, malicious damage or negligence which will void our refund and exchange policies. We recommend you return the item using an insured signed for delivery service such as special delivery post and that you retain proof of postage. The customer will remain responsible for the goods until they arrive back at Flamenco Closet Creations. Any goods that have been made to order cannot be returned and are not returnable unless faulty. All sales are final on Shawls, you CANNOT return your shawl unless it is damaged, or otherwise of unmerchantable quality. If for some other reason you are not satisfied with your Shawl you will be able to exchange it, or receive a store credit towards other products or merchandise.
Personalised and custom made products
Any custom made product or personalised product (made to special size, colour, with name, etc.) will not qualify for return or refund – Act 45 – 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Law Act.
Cancellations are not allowed after you have confirmed the order.
Please understand that all products that are custom made under the customers personal choice and everythingflamenco.com will follow the measurements and instructions sent by the client.
Everythingflamenco.com will not refund or exchange any product until we have received the product and package in perfect condition in our warehouse. The refund price will be the same as the original indicated product price.
We aim to have high standards of quality control. However, if you feel that an item is faulty please contact us for an official returns note. Please return the item to us with your name, contact details, order number, date purchased and include a brief letter with details of the fault. We will then examine the piece and if we feel the item is faulty, will either offer you a full refund or an exchange. We will also refund your return postage. Please note that we will not refund or exchange any item that shows signs of wilful, malicious damage or negligence.
If the goods are found not to be faulty, the goods will be returned to you. We reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred in dealing with goods that are not found to be faulty. If you have any questions regarding returning goods please contact us.
Our orders are checked thoroughly and double checked prior to dispatch. If you find an order to be incomplete or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours and we will endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Incorrect dress and shoe sizes
In all cases it is your responsibility to order your correct clothing size. if you are unsure of your dress or shoe size please have this checked prior to order. If you have ordered an incorrect size and need to reorder, please contact us and we will issue you with a returns note. Subject to circumstance, we will resize any of our dresses for a charge of $30.00 excluding return postage to you. You are also liable for the postage of returning the item to us.
